TERMODİNAMİK IN THE YEAR 1994
TERMODİNAMİK begins new year, 1994, with a new Publishing Board supported by Professors of Universities and Professionals of Companies in our Sector. We are thankful to '93 Publishing Board far their support since the "birth" of TERMODİNAMİK September'92.
The purpose of TERMODİNAMİK is
- To serve our Country, the public interest and our industry through exchange of technical and commercial information related to HVAC and Plumbing Engineering, manufacturing, installation and marketing.
- Working closely with domestic and International companies, Technical Universities , Chambers of Engineers, Standards Organiz.ations and other related Associations of Sectors, such as ISKID (Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Manufacturers' Association), TMD (Society of HVAC & Sanitary Engineers), KBSB (Boiler and Pressure Vessels Manufacturers' Association), in Turkey.
it is very clear that today's world is moving forward technologicaly at an ever increasing rate and consumers are becoming more demanding and trained thanks to high-tech communication. Unfartunately, the natural resources of the Earth continue to be scarce to meet the expanding demands of growing population and the effects of environmental pollution. The next years of20th century and the 21 st century will be an exciting time in which to live, and in area of our Sector, it will be a time of substantial change. Our sector, today, from designers to installers, shares a reputation far conservatism founded on the responsibility far health and safety. But the next century will be an era of even more rapid development in technology and of systems which are energy efficient and environmentally safe.
The surest way to achieve this is to maintain a better dialogue between the industry and the centers of high technology. TERMODİNAMİK relying on your support also in the year 1994, is ready by ali means to cooperate with ali parties in our Sector.

FUTURE OF TURKISH VALVE INDUSTRY
HVAC and Natural Gas Industry within Turkey expanded in 1993. Thanks to Turkish contractors got big pro-jects in Russia, Turkish Republics and the Middle East Countries, companies in HVAC industry extended their works to the international market. Companies manufac-turing valves and armatures for water, steam, natural gas and other fluids according to TSE and European Standards have been in the Business for a long time. (s. 18)
